Official Rules
No purchase or maintenance of any America’s Best Defense products or services is necessary to enter or to win. Open only to legal residents of the United States of America or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Void wherever prohibited.
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Massachusetts who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entrants must be physically present at the Happily Ever After wedding expo at Lake Pearl in Wrentham, MA on Sunday, May 18, 2025. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies—and their immediate family members or members of the same household—are not eligible.
Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Sweepstakes Period & Odds
The 2025 ABD Happily Ever Sweepstakes Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is a sweepstakes in the United States. The Entry Period and Drawing Date for the Sweepstakes are set forth below.
- Entry Period: May 18, 2025
- Drawing Date: No later than May 21, 2025
- Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
How to Enter
No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter. To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrants must visit the America’s Best Defense Mansfield booth and provide the following information:
- Full legal name
- Date of Birth
- Phone number
- Email address
Entry Requirements and Restrictions
Only submissions received during the Entry Period will be eligible for the applicable drawing. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Prizes
One (1) winner will receive a private Krav Maga Bachelor or Bachelorette Party at America’s Best Defense Mansfield for up to 10 guests. The event includes:
A private martial arts/self-defense class
Fun, instructor-led games and challenges
Exclusive use of the facility for 3 hours on a Friday or Saturday night
The party must be scheduled in advance and date is subject to availability.
Prize has no expiration date and is non-transferable and is valued at $500. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner(s) will be notified by phone call, email address, or in person by Friday, May 23, 2025.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by any winner (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in such winner’s disqualification as winner of the Sweepstakes and all privileges as winner will immediately be terminated.
Limitation of Liability
By accepting a Prize, winners agree that the Sponsor, Facebook, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of the foregoing’s officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of Prize or participation in this sweepstakes or participation in any sweepstakes or Prize-related activity.
Disputes
Entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in the State of Massachusetts; entrants submit to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Massachusetts for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Entrant hereby agrees that entrant will not bring a class action or participate in a class action against sponsor with respect to a sweepstakes. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of Massachusetts, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Massachusetts.
Data Collection
Sponsor collects personal information from participants when they submit an entry for a Sweepstakes for use in administration of a Sweepstakes. When submitting an entry to Sponsor, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and information about America’s Best Defense. Consenting to receive such emails and information is optional, and is not necessary to submit an entry or to win a Sweepstakes, nor will it increase or improve your chances of winning.

To obtain the name of the winner(s), please contact the Sponsor by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Buddy Week Sweepstakes” within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
